We were told we were going to be called when it was in to schedule the installation. Great! We called on the 16th, asking if it was in. No idea, we were told. We waited. We called early January. Told oh yes, it's in. Ok... We had to ask to please come and install it ASAP! We're still waiting for a call. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience. Over $7000 spent and still no DOOR.

The whole experience was flawless. Estimates, delivery time and installation were as promised and quality of workmanship was top notch.

Installers were several hours (3+) late from the end of the morning timeslot that I was advised about, but this wasn't an issue for me on that particular day. It might be for others.
