We were informed when the install team was arriving, they arrived on the day they were scheduled and did a great job on the install. Very friendly & knowledgeable on the overall product. I now have no worries with the garage door, its reliably and quiet. I have noticed a big change in the garage, it is actually warmer inside the garage then it ever was, great product & good experience !
