Our installer (Shaun) was very polite, professional and very attentive to final details. I am known to be a very picky person, but, I couldn't find any faults.

Overall, The Door Company are real "pros" at what they do.

I will recommend the Door Company (and already have to neighbors who were asking: "who installed your new beautiful garage doors?")

Got a call first thing this morning and within 5 hours had a repair tech at my house and the door fixed roughly in 30 minutes. Honestly wasn't expecting a quick turnaround on a friday of all things and a very reasonable price. Rick was a very handy, honest and polite tech...a credit to your company!

Jake our installer was a very knowledgeable and hard working ,no breaks and prompt as scheduled,super efficient and helped my wife get everything programmed.

The sales rep was very professional and provided me options and recommendations. provided a photo our our home and she sent it back with the two different doors so I could make the selection.
The installation was completed in a timely manner. My one comment is that we found loose nails and a few pieces of hardware in our garage that should have been picked up.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The garage door was Installed June 12 2019 and was told the capping would be done within a few days. The garage door was Installed June 12 2019 and was told the capping would be done within a few days. Today is July 17 2019 and it's still not done. I've emailed them multiple times which was unanswered, I've called multiple times and was assured the manager, Mr. Flinn would call me. It was I that finally reached him which he assured me that the capping would be done the following week by a new hire or himself. The capping still isn't done.
