We were told we were going to be called when it was in to schedule the installation. Great! We called on the 16th, asking if it was in. No idea, we were told. We waited. We called early January. Told oh yes, it's in. Ok... We had to ask to please come and install it ASAP! We're still waiting for a call. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience. Over $7000 spent and still no DOOR.
