On the day of the visit no call… Read more Sept I go onto their website. I ask for a service to fix my door and a quote to replace it. After a few weeks of no response I call directly. We set up a sales visit. On the day of the visit no call and no show. The following week randomly a sales guy shows up. We review the repair work and ball parked a replacement door but I’m told I will get official quotes. 4 weeks later… I find myself still calling and trying to do business. I’m asked to send in photos and start the process over. No thank

My whole experience was tainted, however, by some very terrible scheduling/communication about the installation. It felt like no one knew what was going on. I’m very happy with the final product but definitely some issues with customer service and communication.

Sale and installation of new garage doors went smoothly. Installation of doors was done professionally and as scheduled. Issue occurred with capping which was delayed by two weeks as tradesperson was… Read more Sale and installation of new garage doors went smoothly. Installation of doors was done professionally and as scheduled. Issue occurred with capping which was delayed by two weeks as tradesperson was not available to do the job earlier. Bigger problem was that work order for capping had incorrect colour of product to be installed. Had I not been at home to speak to tradesperson before he started the job, the capping would have been the wrong colour. Both tradespeople were excellent.

Started contacting company first wk of Dec 22. Bounced between three people and got through only after constant effort (email, website, phone) on my part. Finally got fm office team to sales, then… Read more Started contacting company first wk of Dec 22. Bounced between three people and got through only after constant effort (email, website, phone) on my part. Finally got fm office team to sales, then weeks without responses. Back again 3 Jan 23, took weeks for info and then went through the quote process. Picked and agreed on product to be told not until March. Bouncing around and excuses...how does it take 5 months and this crazy process for a simple 7x8 residential door I still don't even have?
