I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The garage door was Installed June 12 2019 and was told the capping would be done within a few days. The garage door was Installed June 12 2019 and was told the capping would be done within a few days. Today is July 17 2019 and it's still not done. I've emailed them multiple times which was unanswered, I've called multiple times and was assured the manager, Mr. Flinn would call me. It was I that finally reached him which he assured me that the capping would be done the following week by a new hire or himself. The capping still isn't done.
