It amazed me that parts were still available for our 17 year old door. The installers were very courteous and professional and had the job complete in about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this company for any door work you need done.

Was told 125 for a service call plus a charge for bottom rubber. No explanation when asked what went into service call, card was charged before invoice showed up a few days later. Invoice indicated…

Was told 125 for a service call plus a charge for bottom rubber. No explanation when asked what went into service call, card was charged before invoice showed up a few days later. Invoice indicated minimum call 95, 10 misc hardware (none was used/provided), 20 fuel surcharge (understand but was not mentioned) and 8 lubricant charge.
Called and was told this is the way they do business. I asked why was this not explained up front. Don’t agree with lubricant and misc hardware charges.

3 weeks after install my son shuts the door with something underneath and the doors come off the hinge. Called the company and they were there that week to fix the door.

We were told we were going to be called when it was in to schedule the installation. Great! We called on the 16th, asking if it was in. No idea, we were told. We waited. We called early January. Told oh yes, it's in. Ok... We had to ask to please come and install it ASAP! We're still waiting for a call. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience. Over $7000 spent and still no DOOR.
