Bounced between three people and got through only after constant effort (email, website, phone) on my part. Finally got fm office team to sales, then weeks without responses. Back again 3 Jan 23, took weeks for info and then went through the quote process. Picked and agreed on product to be told not until March. Bouncing around and excuses...how does it take 5 months and this crazy process for a simple 7x8 residential door I still don't even have?

I called this company because they installed the original garage door 20 years ago. I called the Door Doctor in Ottawa and received a return call with an hour. Stephanie from Door Doctor is coming this week for an in person visit and they will get my business. Door Company, it’s time to close the doors to your business!

It amazed me that parts were still available for our 17 year old door. The installers were very courteous and professional and had the job complete in about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this company for any door work you need done.
