Your garage door photo eye sensor is one of the most common problems encountered when the customer calls saying my garage door is not closing. We recommend you ensure there is nothing blocking the photo eyes from seeing each other and that the lights are on -- one green and the other yellow/orange. If not, they may have been hit by accident and just need to be re-aligned.
