I was very happy with the service provided by the door company in the selection, design and installation of my new garage door. The sales rep was very professional and provided me options and recommendations. provided a photo our our home and she sent it back with the two different doors so I could make the selection.
The installation was completed in a timely manner. My one comment is that we found loose nails and a few pieces of hardware in our garage that should have been picked up.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The garage door was Installed June 12 2019 and was told the capping would be done within a few days. Today is July 17 2019 and it's still not… Read more I'm very disappointed with the customer service. The garage door was Installed June 12 2019 and was told the capping would be done within a few days. Today is July 17 2019 and it's still not done. I've emailed them multiple times which was unanswered, I've called multiple times and was assured the manager, Mr. Flinn would call me. It was I that finally reached him which he assured me that the capping would be done the following week by a new hire or himself. The capping still isn't done.
